Admin from ASF emailed me, so I kinda stopped going there and came here.
I originally joined in January but I just recently started being more active here after I decided ASF is not the kind of forum I want to be a part of, and so far I am liking ASB.

Back in I think it was December-Januraryish, I made a phone call to a guy that goes by the call sign Doc. 2 days latter we had a much bigger phone call with a bunch of X-TFTSNBN staff and then a little forum called ASB was born, but I took a back seat aporch to it as I was still torn between some issues with TFTSNBN ...

Nateo I completely know what you mean.

If I am correct isn't that qulified as recruiting? My guess that it is also against the rules. Anyway, a good friend told me about this neat little place a while back, I had an account but it got lost during the switch.

Sorry northinger, but trying to call us out on things that got you banned isn't going to help your situation.

Where is the "other" option? LOL. I found this site by a google image search. Looking for places to buy WA Infinity's. ;) Still can't find anywhere that has the older versions. I only found out about that AFTER I bought my SCW3 off of ebay. :(

Nah, it was November 27th I believe, or the 28th, that ASB was born.

I joined on my birthday, Nov 30th, because I was pissed off at ASF.

*edit*

Didn't realize this thread got stickied! Woot? And can a mod/admin edit in the "Other" option??? I didn't think about google and such back when I made the thread.

As well, I am very proud to be a part of this forum. While we obviously don't have the biggest member base out there, I believe that this forum easily has the best and most communicative staff of any forum out there, as well as just being a fun, tight-knit forum of e-buddies (haha). I am glad that I have been around since almost the beginning to see this forum grow, and so I think a serious thanks is in order for the staff and consistent member base that this forum has.

Well, I first heard about this site as ASF from Dragon M.'s Thompson Bolt Mod tutorial on youtube. Works pretty well, if you don't use sh*tty metal :)

Well, last year hkssr20det referred me to ASB. Tried registering then but I kept getting error messages so I decided to wait. Then I got caught up with school so I'm just now joining. Much thanks to hkssr20det for the referral.

Hi all,

I'm new here. I've heard about this place partly from Arnies members as well as ASF when their boss went bonkers. I've been a lurker for awhile and finally decided to stop being lazy. I see a lot of familiar faces. I hope I can contribute!

I can't remember where, but I've heard of ASB a few times. I was on AIM one night, chatting with Blackpig, when he just mentioned ASB. I figured I just join. Here I am though, this is also my first post ; )

I've been a member here since earlier in summer of 2008. A load of my airsoft friends were members here and I.. reluctantly joined. This was due to the fact that I was an active member at airsoft retreat. Those forums were overpopulated. I made an account in the summer, the had them deleted for various reason. I was a *under 1,000 user number* person. But this forum site has grown so much! Leave it to Shwaisey, shotgunmaniac, and Sr16Gunner for leading me here.

Haha I guess you could say that about me as well....Admin posted some crazy conspiracy thread (Jee what a surprise right?) then some people politely disagreed and he blatantly insulted them then banned them and I defended them and he just deleted me, dodeca, and 3 others. After that I just thought "Why am I on a site with corrupt/crazy staff?" Of course not all the staff was crazy, there were a few staff members that werent (Notably Doc and Aimfor1337) but still. I then decided that what better place to make a transition to then ASB! I had an account on there that I had made but it wasnt to active so I just posted up! I probably already posted that but it was a while ago.

Yeah me and Dodeca busted him pretty bad... Of course bat21 decided not to believe the 12 page report dodeca produced, we wanted it done quiet but no one on ASF's staff would listen, except Doc.

Yeah I really got mad at the Admins when that happened (Except Doc of course). They just ignored it! Finally they took action.
