Recently bought a used p90 with them in it and was wondering how good they are

If they aren't lemons, they're great for stock applications (with the exception of relubing and shimming). They're the stock gears that come in Chinese clone guns. They've lasted in multiple of my guns ranging from 300FPS-500FPS for thousands and thousands of rounds.

well i have them in a p90 that i want to make it in to a high speed setup are they ok to leave in or will i want a new set

Depends on what you mean by "high speed." If you call "high speed" around ~20RPS, those gears will work fine. Anything 25 or above I'd strongly suggest getting a new set. I run 23-24 RPS in my SCAR-L and those gears, but it only shoots 330FPS.

Never heard of XYZs...XYTs though, those are what is in my M4 that is running 40 rps

Yea i was shooting for about 20ish rps and i think all i will need now is a g&p m120 High speed motor and a lipo that fits in the p90 stock
