Hey Guys!

Doc here and I am just wanting to get some good honest feedback in regards to how we are doing with the ASB Retail store.

Have you had experiences with us?

What do you like about what we are doing?

What could make ASB a more desirable place for you to shop?

What can the ASB store, do for the ASB Forum community that would tie us together a bit tighter?

All comments, suggestions, complaints are welcome and will be addressed.

Thanks for making ASB what we are today!!!

Great online store. Great prices. Ordered my ATP on a Monday night and got the box Friday lunchtime.

My suggestions:
1) Take pictures of each item, its sorta boring looking at the titles of 5 of the same items just to find the right color item.
2) Product videos/ reviews are nice to read. In addition to shooting/ chronoing/ ROF testing, a test where the shooter shoots as fast as he can on semi auto to see what the trigger response is. That is something I ALWAYS look for in a gun.
3) Make a seperate section for midcaps. I dont really like sifting through 5 pages of both highs and mids to find the right mid.
4) I dunno, maybe a permanent coupon code just for ASB members? hint hint.

Other then that, great store. Much better then GI.

I think a 5% off coupon for 2+ year ASB members would be awesome. I wouldn't qualify but it would be neat. And my only piece of advice beyond that is to give the forums a more prominent showing on the main page of the website. As it is, the Airsoft Barracks portal page isn't really necessary. Every link on it can either be found directly on the ASB Store site, or on the main forum page. So any sort of "Community" button should just redirect to the forum directly.

Experience with you guys?
Yep, two orders so far.

What do I like?
Great prices! Great customer service!!! And a friendly staff, easy to ask questions, and you always get a timely response.

What could make ASB more desirable?
If you guys had a full line of SHS internal parts, kind of like www.raptorsairsoft.com :) (They do have a wholesaler section, hint hint)

What can you do to make the store/forum closer?
Not really sure on this one... Maybe what others suggested, some sort of discount for senior members, but your prices are already great :)

But more on my two orders:
Alright, my first order was in about the first week of the store, if I recall correctly.. There was a slight mishap in the shipping (1 mag pouch was left out, not a huge deal), so i gave you a call, and you guys took care of it promptly, and all was well. May I just say that JRUE/Jason is the only person that I have really had any contact with, and he is one of the nicest guys I have ever talked to, and just him makes me want to order from you guys more.
Second order: everything came just as expected, in 3 days i think? Super fast shipping time!

Only real things I'd like added to the store or changed, would be more SHS/ACM parts! And maybe an online boneyard/place to sell used guns if you take them in as trades at the store...

Llama thanks so much and Jason is fantastic to work with...
Also, we have a huge SHS selection and I even wholesale it to other shops as I we are direct with them... I would go as far as saying we probably have the largest shs back stock in the nation...
Let me know if you need anything and thanks so much for your business

I never really ordered anything because the stuff I want is either OOS, no description so I can't tell if its what I was looking for, and the pictures are too dang small.

Never even saw the SHS stuff! I don't know how I missed it! haha

Do you guys offer a price match? Maybe if you offered like a price match guarantee type of deal that you'd match any U.S. based retailers prices?

We will always do what we can within reason but I think our SHS prices are pretty good unless the prices were off during this last web sync...
Call the store anytime and ask for Jason and Amber if you want a price match or need anything...
Thx as always

I've done business with you guys both through the phone/online, and in person. In fact I remember sending Jon on a wild goose chase around the store looking for stuff for a buddy who was buying an M14 EBR through you guys. :P

Anyway almost all of my experiences have been pleasant. I say almost because when I won that $100 gift card it took way too long to get my stuff, but that wasn't really your guy's fault. The stuff I wanted just wasn't in stock. Other than that though, wonderful staff. I've never had a problem ordering anything. It was always processed and shipped out faster than other domestic retailers.

The only thing I think I would suggest is refining the site a little more. Some of the pictures are too small. Maybe bring on someone who's job is to maintain the website?

Anyway though, keep up the good work guys. Its nice to see this thing grow, and I really regret not putting in my resume when I had the chance. Ugh.

I have had a problem or two with getting my airsoft gun repaired there. I took it there and it was in pieces and they said they could put it back together. I had to call you to check on the status and it took a while but that is ok. It took alot of time mostly because the could find my airsoft gun and forgot about my order. They did find it and I went and paid for it and picked it up. It was missing somethings but that was expected cause i was the one lost those most likely. I took the gun home to test it and the battery wasnt in the gun and i was sure i had the battery in the gun which was difficult we live sort of far away. So i called you guys about it and you said you need to find it and you would ship it and i said it was a echo 1 socom 16 stock battery. So i waited for it and i called you back and you told me i had said i was going to pick it up which was not true. So now you shipped it for real this time and i got it today and it was the wrong battery so i guess i will contact you guy and figure something out. Oh well.

i love the walk in store. really awesome staff and a cool layout. but the online store is lacking. the server often doesn't respond for me and they're are no good pictures. some of the descriptions are a eyesore they need to be made bigger and spaced/formatted better. the ability to arrange parts by company

@slifer8910 always send guns in without the battery, so you don't lose it, unless whoever is fixing it says other wise.

I recently attempted to order some BB's from the online store (my first time there). Unfortunately, I was not able to find any that suited my purposes in stock,

There were also a few funky inconsistencies in the BB catagory listing (I can go back and remember exactly what it is if anyone is interested).

I was impressed with how the store looked. I hope that I can order from it in the future.

I'm a little bummed considering how I missed out on the Holiday/New-Years sale because all the stuff I wanted was out of stock.
It's funny: I mentioned this on the ASB Facebook page, and the mod there said that they would have a lot of the stuff I wanted (some Condor gear + KWA Mp7 mags) back in on the 5th (last day of the sale), yet when I checked on the 5th, everything was still out of stock. I actually cancelled an order from ASGI because I thought I'd be able to get the stuff I wanted from ASB instead. Oh well. I guess I'll have to wait for the next sale, no big deal.
Other than that, my prior experience with ASB was amazing to say the least: JRUE is a kick-***** dude who definitely seemed like he valued the customer over everything else. You can plan on me checking ASB first every time I need something airsoft-related, I just wish you had more stuff in stock. :(
