I just wanted to say that I love they new online store, but if I stay on for a while, the product thumbnails will stop showing up and I'll get the dreaded X of failure in the corner. I have tried refreshing and it will show a extremely downgraded version and it will look terrible. I was wondering if this is happening to anyone else or is this just me (though, I have tried it at two different places and on two different computers). The only solution to this is to close my internet brower (IE) and start all over again.

It has never happened to me on Firefox or Google Chrome. However, only Firefox works of those two. What version of IE are you running?

Wierd. I used Firefox on a netbook, which I thought was the original problem and I was using a bad connection, but I just got home and tried it on IE (8 I guess) and it still didn't work for me.

It just gets worse, now I can only view one sub-catagory before it starts screwing up on me, saying "406 not acceptable".

I've had no problems with the online store as I placed an order last night using Google Chrome on Mac OS 10.6.8

I suggest downloading Opera and Chrome and giving them a try. Do you have the latest version of Firefox? Updating might help. Lastly, try clearing your cookies.

For me on IE (unknown version, all i know is i am using Windows 7) it says that the entire store is not "Not Acceptable" and a white page is all i can see with writing saying bascially that the page was not found and that there is an error with the site.

I never had this problem till about 10 mins ago. Im using the most recent firefox and all I had to do was clear my cookies. Voila, the page opened. Go to tools, then clear recent history, remove what you like but remove the cookies and you'll be good to go. Note it might take a min for it to clear the history depending on your computer and what you told it to clear.
hope this helps my fellow Firefox users.
