I
have store credit to this store and I can't let it go to waste. So I will most likely be buying this.
Is there anything else that I need?

And i'll sneak a couple questions in here.

Whats the best place to store tanks?

Whats the most efficient way to get tanks? (Just buy the steely tanks that are $50 or...)

Thanks, FNH

>yfw everyone thought you meant a chest rig because you were vague in the title.

Looks like the rig caps out at 120psi. Not great unless you don't want to have "fun" while shooting at non-sentient targets.

Most efficient way to get tanks?... go to a paintball shop, I guess.

FNH is purchasing the rig for his Polarstar so it's fine in terms of PSI as the Fusion engines run at 120 psi and below. The only reason I know this is because he's asked me about it.

The best place to store tanks is in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

The best place to fill them is either at a paintball or dive shop.

Yes it is, Palmers is about as good as you get, as is the coast pneumatics second stage reg. Classic users like myself have used regs like this for along time.

The best place to carry bottles is either in a larger hydration pouch, or in a nalgene bottle pouch. Not everyone has been around forever but those who have know that MOLLE CO2 bottle pouches were available back in the day, and custom shops like Vel-Tye will make one for you.

I'd get an MAP or some sort of hydration carrier/backpack. (like I use) Or if you don't need to carry the water, just a simply hydration carrier will hold your tank just fine.

I believe OPS Gear makes a MOLLE mounted HPA tank pouch as well, thats another method of running your setup.

I've found dive shops to be helpful in filling HPA tanks.

Oh I already found out a place to fill the tanks and all. I can't find said tank pouch on ops gear. Is there anything specific I should search?

just to reinforce that its a good rig, that's actually the HPA rig offered by polar star in conjunction with their hybrid mechbox. since you got credit, its cool, but you can get the rig directly from polar star for a little cheaper. they still sell stuff to end users currently. they will be for probably another month and then start dealing with only retailers after they finalize and release the fusion engine kit.

Tippman, Valken and Rap4 make paintball tank pouches.

I'm looking at something to house multiple tanks. Extra weight can't hurt.

Multiple tanks? It definitely can, and so can your wallet if you're buying extra HPA tanks. I personally wouldn't run CO2 through a PR15 but your thing.

They say not to use co2, and I wasn't thinking of using it anyway.

The tippman and rap4 pouches? I can't see what you are referring to besides them. All the ones I found hold 1 tank and I'd rather not get 2 different ones.

Just pick up an MAP or some sort of MOLLE backpack. your going to need a big backpack. I'm not sure if an MAP would be big enough for two HPA tanks. I know its fine for two CO2 tanks.
