hi my dad and i bought an echo 1 rpk from you guys a couple months ago and we loveit but 1 mag is not feeding up through the gun like it will crank up
but the bbs wont go into the gun. is the warranty expired if we bought the gun around june 15th?

Warranty is up, assuming it is the standard 30 days.

Isolate whether or not the problem is the mag by winding up the mag, putting it in the gun, and removing it. If BBs fall from the mag well, then the mag is putting BBs into the system, but they are not being fed properly into the hop-up. If BBs do not fall from the gun, it almost certainly means the problem is with the mag. Check to make sure there is no damage to the feed nozzle in the mag well, and check to make sure the BBs are being moved in the mag when wound. Report back what you observe.

Also another factor is BB quality. Brand and weight of bb that you are using?
