I've tried to purchase parts from this company on 4 or 5 separate times and all but one transaction was hell on earth. I had to cancel 2 orders and am currently trying to get my payment returned because they messed up and didn't charge enough shipping and can't get anything right. Is anyone else dealing with the same issues or have had to in the past? I've seen them advertising like crazy, but haven't heard anything from the customers perspectives. Am I alone or are they famous for this?
